Yuhan USA Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as the Operations Associate/Executive Assistant. This individual will be responsible for enhancing organizational efficiency, supporting key operational functions, and driving cross-functional initiatives in alignment with Yuhan’s strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
• Support overall corporate operations, including finance, HR, office management, and administrative tasks such as employee support and business insurance.
• Coordinate operational support for business development activities and cross-functional projects
• Oversee office operations to ensure a productive work environment
• Communicate effectively with Korean headquarters to ensure alignment
Basic Qualifications (required):
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with online collaboration tools
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in operations, administration, or office management roles
• Fluent in Korean/English
